Teachers: AGM Reminder

Teachers are reminded that the Annual General Meeting is Thursday, April 22nd at LIUNA Station. Those who signed up in time should already have booklets at their schools.

If you have not signed up, you can still attend. You will need to register in the front foyer. A meal has not been reserved for those who did not sign up in advance.

Occasional members who have not previously registered are allowed to attend and vote, however, you should bring a paystub or other proof that you have worked in the last six months.

The meeting will start at 4:30 with a planned wrap up at 6:30 for dinner.

Kids Help Phone - Hamilton Fundraising Walk

Provincial Office has asked me to relay some information about the Kids Help Phone fundraiser walk in Hamilton on May 2nd.

The walk is 5km around Bayfront Park. Hoping that good weather will make this a fun family or friends activity. Please feel free to forward this information to friends and let us know if any OSSTF members at your branch will be participating.
